Shipping

All orders are sent tracked via Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on size and weight. Please allow 7 - 10 days for UK and 10 - 14 days for international.

International shipments may be subject to import duties. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense.

Sales and Returns

 

Original art: I offer returns within 14 days and via the same type of postal service as was used to send. The buyer is responsible for the safe packaging and return costs. Please send me an email within 7 days to request your refund. When the art arrives back to me in perfect condition, I will be happy to process your refund.

Prints: As my prints are printed to order, I don't offer returns unless there is damage in transit.

 

In the unlikely event that the art arrives damaged, please photograph the damage (box and art) and contact me within 7 days.

​

I have taken time to make sure the colour of my work is displayed accurately, but please take screen display differences into consideration when viewing images. Colour can appear slightly different depending on your display and won’t be considered as a fault nor a valid reason for a return. If you would like more images I'll be happy to send them over.​
